I mean, sure it saves some traveling time (21m for 1, 23 for 2), but where’s the rest of the time savings coming from?

Without any details we can only guess, such differences often occur in multi-color prints.
This can happen with multi-colour prints.
The physical time to print the shape is small, but many colour changes take a while and only need to occur once no matter how many models you print at the same time.
As others have said, providing no details gets you guesses.
