0.2 nozzle prints nothing

Hi all,i have a problem with my 0.2 nozzle.I printed perfect for quite long,no problem Then i changed filament, same type different color. While it prints the initial test line on the front of the bed, when it starts to print the main body prints nothing and some filament only starts accumulating around the nozzle. Why is that? I did couple of cold pulls,i use pla matte and default settings in bambu slicer and i dried the filament for 12 hours

P.S.I have a video of it,but don t know how to post it here…

Sounds like a clog, see this Printing with 0.2mm nozzles - Frequently Asked Questions | Bambu Lab Wiki

Did you figure this out? I’ve been fighting this for months. It worked fine for about 2 months, but the last 6 months it’s been laying the first layer too thin. With .2mm nozzle, printing a .1 layer height the nozzle just rubs on the plate so that little or nothing can come out. The calibration lines it prints on the front of the plate work fine.

I have:

  • tightened the hotend screws (3 front 4 back)
  • cleaned and lubed all three axes, per the wiki
  • tried multiple new OEM .2mm nozzles
  • done a dozen full calibrations
  • trammed the bed twice, following the instructions including the initial setup
  • replaced the entire extruder assembly
  • tried every plate I own, destroying some of them in the process
  • messed with filament settings to ensure flow when the nozzle isn’t touching the plate
  • printed with a .4mm to verify hot end heats properly, extruder works, etc (the first layer still looks low, but there’s more room for error)
  • This is all with oem bambu petg hf, which I have printed 20kg or so successfully

Been trading messages w/ support for ~2 weeks, nothing useful so far.

Well after a bunch of back and forth with support, I found that adding a z offset (in orcaslicer because it’s hidden in bambu studio) of .015mm, it prints a decent first layer. Support said great, let us know if we can help further! I guess a workaround is good enough for them. I don’t know why it’s off by that much suddenly, or if the required offset is going to change at any point in time, so every first layer seems like it’s going to be a crapshoot.

If anyone else goes through this, sorry.
