0.2mm Nozzle knocking parts of print off bed

Hi everyone, I have previously printed some Battletech Miniatures on an anycubic kobra, and also with the 0.4mm nozzle on my p1s, and I recently acquired a 0.2mm Nozzle to see if I can achieve more detailed prints.
I have been trying to print this cool model by Matt Mason from my mini factory: https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-timber-wolf-lupus-rex-393500, but I have repeatedly encountered the nozzle knocking off the same part of the print off.


It doesnt seem to be a adhesion issue - I looked at the video recording and the nozzle could be seen rubbing against that part of the print for a few layers before finally knocking it off. I have tried to do a Flow dynamics calibration and a flow rate calibration but ended with the same problem. I used the stock 0.06mm high quality profile, with tree support enabled. PA is set to 0.25 and flow 0.9776 based on the calibration prints in bambu studio.

Please can I get some advice on what’s wrong and how I can fix this? the same model and supports seem to print fine on the stock 0.08mm high quality settings with a 0.4mm nozzle. on 0.4, there’s no layer rubbing at all.

You try running the factory calibration with the bed leveling stuff enabled?

Yup, I run factory calibration with every nozzle change, and bed leveling is enabled for every run.

I get this same issue and would love to know if you had any success in fixing it. It’s driving me insane that the .4mm trees have so few issues but you change to a .2mm and suddenly tree supports are terrible no matter what type you try.

Unfortunately I haven’t quite figured it out. I tried tweaking some supports settings (wall count, no independent layer height) with limited results- it still fails at the same layer and part of the print. Sometimes I get lucky and the tree doesn’t detach after the rubbing with the nozzle, and I was able to complete the printing.
