0.2mm Troubles - “The extruder is not extruding normally.”

Hello all! I am having some serious issues with 0.2mm nozzles. I had one that I was able to but more than 200hrs on and then I hit a clog that I just couldn’t clear.

I got 3 more 0.2mm nozzles (I didn’t want to wait for shipping if it happened again) and now I can’t go more than a couple hours without it hitting “The extruder is not extruding normally.” errors on any of the nozzles!

Then I’ll do some extrudes and it seems totally fine, no clogs. I’ve tried decreasing flow rates, increasing temperatures, and printing on silent to reduce speed by 50% and I still hit these issues. All with different Bambu PLA filaments, matte and regular.

I’m really at a loss here, anyone have ideas I can try?

Which PLA filaments in particular - just matte and basic or did you use others?

I use basic and matte. I don’t use silk with the 0.2mm nozzle

Not only did I get the same error when trying my new 0.2mm but it ruined something in my printer and now I’m getting wavy lines. I would stay away from 0.2 :frowning:

Friday I had a toolhead filament stuck, took it appart, fixed it. Since then, regardless of filament type or brand, the system will give me The extruder is not extruding normally error. I can’t even load a filament anymore.
