My 0.6 hardened steel nozzle for A1M does this to all the prints, its basically brandnew, 1-2 weeks old and as soon as i change the nozzle for any other one, its gone… nozzle i guess ?!
Are you using random seam line? That would create the zits, that are more pronounced on the .6 than the .4

You didnt mention filament type but If that’s silk PLA, do a retraction test, likely need to reduce. Too much retract causes silk to get air bubbles.
