0300-9300-0001-0006 Chamber temperature is abnormal

Hello. My fourth printer and second P2S has had a problem since the beginning of use.It occurs relatively randomly: Chamber temperature is abnormal. The chamber temperature sensor at the air inlet may have a open circuit.

The temperature displayed by the printer is sometimes stable, sometimes it fluctuates, sometimes it is a few or a dozen degrees too low, sometimes it drops to zero. If I play around with the Cooling-Heating switch on the screen, the error disappears for a while. Sometimes the temperature is displayed correctly (I have an additional temperature sensor in the chamber), but it still shows an error. In general, the chamber icon is illuminated orange, as if it was constantly heating.? I want to add that I have a comparison with a working printer because 50cm next to it there is another p2s (and below 2x p1s) and everything is normal.

I have checked the printer wiring and I do not see any damage to either the plugs or the cables.This all seems fine.

The only thing that catches your eye is the slightly bent display cable, but I doubt it has anything to do with it.

I only print PLA here and only from Bambulab. As for the firmware, both p2s printers have the latest one. 1.02…

Printing is working without any problems except for this message.

I hope you have a multimeter handy, it could be a verity of things, have you followed the troubleshooting steps? If not, check it out here: HMS_0300-9300-0001-0006: Chamber temperature is abnormal. The chamber heater's temperature sensor at the air inlet may have an open circuit. | Bambu Lab Wiki . Ultimately, it could be as easy as a loose connector, or as hard as a a faulty MC board. The MC board replacement isn’t actually that hard if you’re handy.

Hello. Yes, I checked the cables and plugs and didn’t notice any visible damage. As for the multimeter, I’ll try to arrange it. Then all I can do is submit a ticket.

Regarding the bambu wiki link you sent, I did look through it. Interestingly, I don’t see the plugin shown in the bambuwiki image.

I believe that connector is tucked in and connected to the board, you’ll have to disconnect it to check resistance. Here’s a better view of the board: Replace the P2S AP Board | Bambu Lab Wiki .

Edit: That image from the wiki is showing you where potential cable damage could be, specifically, at the “passage point”. The wiki states this for that picture: “Please check whether the chamber temperature sensor cable is damaged at the passage point through the machine’s front beam.”

Hello, I measured it and it’s higher than the one listed on Wiki Bambu. It’s almost 113. See photos.

At 113 it might just be a cold environment, have you contacted BL with these results?

Yes, I showed all the videos as well as photos and measurements and they will send me a new chamber temperature sensor.

It appears the temperature sensor was faulty. I replaced it and it’s been printing for three days now, and the error has stopped occurring.

After replacing the sensor and a week of trouble-free use, it showed the same error yesterday and again today. Occasionally, the printer also shows very large temperature jumps in the chamber, from 0 to 24 degrees Celsius in a matter of seconds.
