Just confirmation as many have said on this and any other 3D printing forum, your filament can contain moisture straight from the manufacture, even in sealed bags with discant.
Just opened a new Bambu lab PLA matt yellow spool, right to the scale, weighed 1285.1g before drying. Dried for 8 hours @ 50c, new weight 1283.4g
Not sure if 1.7g of moisture would have made much of a difference, but it’s there.
