Yeah mine also is struggling with supports. Even 15mm tall supports get ripped away from the bed. Z banding is occasionally appearing even on round no complex geometry prints. god i could go on all night. However much I like the machine, it just doesnt give me the bambu quality and assurance i was used to. I feel like I bought just an expensive machine from a random kickstarter and now i have to work with the team if I want to have it fully working. Im sorry, but I didnt “back” a project… I bought a flagship and my demand is for it to work EXCEPTIONALLY , especially compared to my other FAR CHEAPER machines, but it just wont. I really feel like im back in my ender years, firing up the print and watching every 2 minutes to see if it failed, because I cant even trust the ai to warn me of fails… And now theres a subscription plan coming for Helios as someone said. I looked into it. Apparently it makes some optimizing to the G-code to potentially reduce shagging warping and stuff. 30-100 per month after beta. SMELLS SO BAD RIGHT NOW
