2.5.0.66 still didn’t fix this bug

As reported for several years on the Bambu github, discord and here on the forums, the latest hotfix x.66 still didn’t fix the AMS path graphic issue on Mac OS. Aligned 1px to the left:

It’s likely that @supportbambulab support has other more important things to deal with than a few pixels in Frozen.

true, true. But they acknowledged it a couple of years back. Asked us to open a ticket in Github after it was reported in Discord and then it fell off their radar. Something I’m sure a jr. dev could have been assigned.

“Hey Lee, why don’t you fix that visual bug “-1px” on Mac builds? Should take you about 23 seconds. Thanks.”

It took us more time to report and open a github ticket than it would have to fix. I guess we should just ignore anything that might improve the product if our time is being wasted too.

You could then check the ticket to see if an employee has been assigned to it, if it is still open or if it has been rejected. What is the situation? GitHub has an excellent bug tracker.

Edit: Can you post the GitHub link to the bug so we can take a look? :+1:

It’s definitely the right thing to do to post this on GitHub, as the programmers are available there to respond directly. Minor issues like this often get lost here in the forum or on Discord.

Also bear in mind that: Everyone thinks the same thing about the bugs they post. They think, “Why isn’t it being fixed?!” But if you look closely, you’ll see that serious bugs are reliably fixed.

You might think it’s a small thing from the outside, but only the programmers can judge that.

Then you should take a look around. Just yesterday, a major bug was reported and resolved with a hotfix within 12 hours. Don’t take it personally if your bug isn’t addressed immediately, or at all. Bambu prioritises bugs that could potentially damage the printer.

You can criticise Bambu for many things, but when it comes to essential bugs, they always do their best. They even ask for .3mf files, pictures and details of what happened.

I don’t know if they can fix it. I can’t re-size the app, because my left most monitor is in a portrait position, never mind the several giant monitors to the right are not, and when I try to auto-arrange on the new version 2.5.0.66 it moves my objects off the plate… then gives and error, how did that get missed, on the h2c the filament to nozzle auto select does not ever assign correctly, the supports in many situations will not slice if tree is selected… the list goes on and on. Yes, I think your problem should be very simple, I think they are not able to fix your problem.
