I’ve started having issues when attempting to use a .2 Hotend. I get an error that states “Extruder is not extruding normally” I’m able to load the filament with no issues. I thought the hotend may have been clogged so I replaced it with a brand new one. Same issue. I’m not sure what else to check because I have no issue with my .4, .6 or .8 hotends. I’m using regular PLA. Any suggestions?
Are you using filament that is known to work with 0.2mm nozzles?
Yes sir. Bambu Lab PLA Basic. Doesn’t get much simpler than that. lol
Unless there’s issues with that, that I’m not aware of.

Are you using the printer profile for the .2 nozzle in Bambu Studio?
Yes. .2 nozzle setting in Bambu Studio, and changed the settings on the printer itself.
In a perfect world that should adjust all the numbers to where they should be for the smaller nozzle but I’m not positive it does. If you lower the “Max Volumetric Speed” in the filament profile and it starts printing normally then that means it can’t keep up with the flow using the .2 nozzle at the default speeds.
Awesome! Thank you. I’ll have to try this out.
