The company, that I am working, has bought a H2D with AMS2 without laser. Weeks everything was OK, not so perfect, but OK.
Then in the same day we started to have 2 problems:
- AMS2 didn’t feed material, it loads, go out a little and return, we have cleared everything, but without result. Practically we don’t have AMS already. It makes at all filament types /PLA from Elegoo, PLA and ABS from Bambu/. It loads and return, several types and error in the motor as message. I think it can be the sensor. The filament gone so many times looks like a … mouse food.
- Next problem is with the left nozzle. Disassembled and assembled 10-20 times or more. The problem persits. The height of the nozzle sensor gives problems.
Now we print from external roll with right nozzle and without nozzle height calibration, but … It must not be so.
Ideas?
