If your tree supports had big overhangs on the top part this can make your tree supports fail.
I don’t have this Boo to test out but if I had to guess on settings looking @ your photo’s and the size.
I would go with something like this.
Tree support branch distance 2
Tree support diameter 4
Tree support wall loops 2
Base pattern spacing 2
