Received my P1S on October 25, worked well out of the box with some light tension issues that I resolved. At the start of December I started getting bed adhesion issues and did rounds of troubleshooting and ended up having to turn off aux fan to get anything to stick. I was then able to print for a week before getting more bed adhesion issues and blobbing on prints. Machine errors told me there was an issue with the front fan cover so I waited for two weeks for a replacement. Fan cover did not fix it and now was receiving hot end temperature malfunction errors. Checked all the contacts on the TH board and even took the print head apart to see any damage – nothing. Bambu sent a replacement front TH board with the fan cover so I replaced that. Now my hot end isn’t reading any temperature. I’ve checked all contacts and no visible damage, and even swapped in a replacement hot end – same issue so I believe it’s the board. Bambu tells me I’m out of luck and will probably need to replace the head.
3 months and my printer is toast, no replacements.
