I have noticed in the Bambu app when looking at the 3D preview is not accurate for the printer selected. It appears that it’s not adjusting for the printer plate size.
When you opened the model you should have been asked it you wanted to sync the printer. If not you should be able to change the printer. My printer choice is in the upper left corner click on the printer picture and pick the one you want.
You didn’t say what operating system a assume windows.
Does not have that option in the android app. On the computer version I have done that. It seems that it depends on what printer was used to create the file not the one that your going to use.
