3D printing deviations from model

Hello everyone, I have a question about a 3D printing deviation.

Images 1 and 2 show the 3D model. Images 1_1 and 2_2 show the error/deviation in the finished print.

Some ribs are misaligned/printed at an angle.

How can I prevent this? The preview works fine in Bambu Slicer.

Take a closer look/pic at the physical print

At the spot where the rib is supposed to be, is there a mark as if it was there, and was broken/dragged off?

If so, slow down your print.

Definitely weird. Slice it and export the G-code, then open the resulting G-Code file in Bambu Studio. Does you see that offset rib in the on-screen render? That should tell us if the problem is in the slicer.

If the G-code renders as you expect, then it’s likely a printer firmware problem. You will need to ask Bambu Support for help with.

How I can open this in Bambu Studio? I found no way?

In the meantime, I tried it again with my file, as I had to adjust it in the CAD program.

Unfortunately, the result is no better, despite the reduced printing speed. Everything looked fine in the slicer.

I looked at the angled ribs. They weren’t connected on one side. Unfortunately, I can’t remember exactly whether it was the top or the bottom.

I have already removed them and glued them back on straight so that they sit as they should.

I exported the G-code from the current model and then reloaded it into Bambustudio. Everything looks fine here.

These all knocked over in the same direction is VERY strong proof the nozzle is knocking them over as it moves along doing it’s thing.

If you were in the room watching it and/or have video, you can confirm this but:

I am guessing when the line is being printed that bridges all of those spires, the bridge is what is knocking them over. Those poles are fully formed and rectangular (looks like at least, pic quality). If they were knocked over during earlier layers, you;d have extra spaghetti or incredibly non-rectangular shapes. So as the nozzle is layign the large bridge down, it’s just sweeping those poorly attached poles off their poor attachment point. You can almost see the sagging bridge intruding into the space of the layer below.

Maybe tune your bridge settings slower/better or consider adding bottom chamfers to those poles so they can take a stiff breeze

Would also recommend pressure advance calibration, but you’re not far out

Okay, I understand. For me, the description explains some of the errors in the print, but not these.

Here, the “start point” is incorrectly positioned right at the beginning of the rib.

I don’t think the nozzle is knocking anything over here.

In the meantime, I have created a ticket with Bambulab and am eagerly awaiting their response.

When I print this part again, I will closely observe how it prints this area.
