I’ve been a Bambu customer for a long time - and like many long-time customers - I remain one of your sharpest critics, not of the engineering but of the way Bambu treats its users. Credit where it’s due: your wiki and technical documentation are world-class. If the same standard of professionalism and respect were applied to customer relations, the sentiment on this forum from veteran users would be very different.

We know the documentation still has room to improve, and we’ll keep working on making it clearer and more helpful. Any ideas in that regard, for topics or improved existing content, are welcome.
As for Customer Support, the team is putting in a lot of effort to make things better, but it might not be easily seen without first-hand experience. If you ever run into something that feels off, just drop me a private message with the details.

Just by the way:
In one year: Upload everything to YouTube, tell the Google AI on Youtube to create a clean presentation and that’s it.
Furthermore, the basic tests for the printers contain too many of the same questions — may perhaps a standard basic test for the printers, then a basic test for the printers.
The 10-second wait time while clicking through the wiki (without reading) to start the test before is a bit long.
