3dBenchy BBLA1 Perimeter Issues and Seams BambuLab-OrcaSlicer

Hi everyone,
I’ve the BBL A1 for a few weeks now and I’m struggling to tune my printer.
I’m printing a 3dbenchy and I’m using both or slicers BambuStudio and OrcaSlicer and I have the same issue with both slicers.
Essentialy I have two problems.

The first one is:
The first 8 mm of layers seems like the perimeter is smaller than the others one above that 8 mm the surface isn’t smooth. I’ve tried everything as outer layer speed from 200 to 50 but nothing changed, more outer walls but nothing.
There are a few photos below.

The second one is:
The seams, in this print was 0% but nothing change from 10%.
Any tips to have a good seam?

There are some changes I’ve made from Generic PLA Filament profile.

It looks like the Benchy hull line. Do a search for that since its a well documented issue.
