How along have you been using that nozzle? I know that over time the nozzles can get bent, but maybe if left untreated they can snap? I don’t know for 100%, I’ve never seen this before.
I’ve only had my printer since right after Christmas, I don’t print all that much, might have 100 hours on it total. It’s the stock hot end
I have no clue why it happens. I can only guess that it is a combination of bad design and manufacturing defects.
This is not as rare as you would think.

A model that warps up and a head hitting it will often bend a nozzle. If it does it multiple times during a print I could see the nozzle failing like that. Also were you printing a model with grid infill? This is a crossing type infill so wherever infill crossed the nozzle will contact the part which can weaken the nozzle after long durations.
I would submit a ticket and would suspect Bambu will replace it under warranty. Also be aware that a spare nozzle shipped in the parts kit of your printer so you’re not down waiting for another nozzle to arrive.
They wont. Even if the nozzle failed in a nontraditional sense, it is seen as a wear component. Their system does not allow shipping a replacement.
