I’m pretty disappointed in Bambu on this one. I purchased by P1P shortly before the date and received my code and ordered the filament (it arrives Thursday) but not for the AMS. I liked printing on it so much I decided I would get the AMS once I got the code, but nothing, not even in my junk folder. I emailed support and finally got a reply today that just says to check my junk folder… Which I originally told them I did. I use unique email addresses for every site so it is super simple to find everything from Bambu Lab. I guess there is no AMS in my future.

I haven’t gotten any coupons and support has left my tickets to rot for almost two weeks now. I don’t think they’re coming lol
Well support sent me a code today and link to the EU store (I’m in the US) but the code doesn’t work at least on the US store. I’m not sure if it was an EU only code so waiting another week to hear back.
In my case, after a support request for not having received the code, the support team initially confirmed that the code would arrive by July 24th but then the only response on Aug 2nd was the following in the attachment n.2 (probably not addressed to me) . So I asked if there was an error and today I received a support feedback request which ignores my last response, I understand the company is still small and I really hope it is just errors.
Bought my first p1p at launch late november/early december last year…quite disappointed at this point…but it is what it is, no ams for now.

Hi, I have a question just to understand…did you get the code by Jul 24th (support give same end date to me) that you then bought the ams? if yes, when did you order your machine?
