99 problems and PLA is one. Filament causing print thickness issues

Bambu Labs A1 Mini using Kexcelled Matte PLA (img 1 - lime/yellow). Ignore the overhang, the continued lines being too thin/narrow/indented is the issue.

The same model works with fine with Deeplee Matte PLA (img 2 - blue).

Kexcelled is rated at 210-230c whereas Deeplee is 190-220c.

I’ve tried, different supports, orientations, filament presets, calibrated machine and manual filament calibration etc. Any ideas?

You may want to slow the print down on the non-overhang parts assuming you have performed the pressure advance and flow ratio calibration properly.

It looks like it is accelerating after the overhang and not enough filament flow.
