OK, lately I’ve ordered 2 shipments from Bambu on various parts. Added to those shipments were filament. As expected, Bambu put the filament and small parts into the same big box. However the small parts were combined into a bag inside the large box.
Now, the issue…
The bag was not sealed, and it could have been as it has an adhesive strip on it that still had the plastic cover, not removed, so the adhesive was not used, leaving the bag wide open. Result: The small parts scattered around the larger box with the filament. One box arrived in very bad condition, as is the way things are today with shipping companies and disregard to the condition of the boxes they are expected to transport. I was lucky in that all the small items did arrive, but barely. One was stuck to the packing tape near the outside of the box due to falling out of the white bag it should have stayed in.
OK, I’m being OCD on this, yes. But Bambu! You have the tools for good shipping practices! USE THEM!!!
I’m not sure I feel better yet getting that off my chest.
