Thank you for looking out for the creator community! I also ran across someone who is selling over 125 models directly from Makerworld on eBay. I managed to get my models removed via the DMCA takedown process, and I implore everybody whose models he has listed to do the same. Here are just a few of the Makerworld models he still has listed.

If he is selling your models without permission, you could easily write eBay directly at copyright@ebay.com to submit a DMCA claim to have them take it down, just fill in the following information:

I am the creator and copyright owner of a 3D model that is currently being sold without my permission on eBay. I am submitting this DMCA notice in good faith to request the removal of the infringing listing.

1. Description of copyrighted work:

Also, you may be able get eBay to forfeit any moneys collected so far by the seller with a little stronger wording. :wink:
