I’ve been having issues trying to connect my windows laptop to my P1S camera live view. I get a message when I hit the play button.

Error message: A problem occurred. Please update the firmware and try again.

I have latest firmware and I’m able to see the live feed from the Bamby handy app in my phone, this way I know there isn’t a hardware or firmware issue.

I’m able to print from BambuStudio, but not see the video feed.

I’ve tried re-installing the Bambu app in windows along with the plug-in without success.

Hope someone had a similar problems and know how to resolve it.

Is it still faulty, or did you manage it?

Still having the issue, I’ve tried downgrading firmware, updating is again. Reinstalling bambu slicer.
