A1 .2mm hotend 1st layer issues

Solved
loose screws on toolhead and then ran manual filament calibrations i guess the A1 flow calibration is a bit off

Trying to print a clock face with intricate lettering the designer profile is for .1 layers and 1st layer speed at 16mm/s it seems to always lay down the first layer pretty well but then when it switches to the second and 3rd colors it starts to all fall apart.

i have even tried to sit around for first layer and clean hotend in between then it will start out ok on prime tower and slowly fade into a thin film. I have upped the layers to .14 and it looks good but when the black tries to fill the tiny voids, it seems to just smoosh the white lettering.

i read many have had success with these dials but i have tried everything in my power including 2 new hotends, tried both bambu PLA profiles and generic(using NAGA and Sunlu filaments both work awesome with .4mm), classic walls and arachne walls… pulling my hair out in frustration as i have 2 of these clocks almost done except for the dial faces… any tips or suggestions. I have also re trammed the bed 2 times, the second and 3rd colors seem to start squishing the filament for some reason… I have also bed leveled and flow calibrated several times and used smooth and also pei textured but same results

some of the text is just too small for the .4mm hotend

I also ordered a .2mm hotend for my p1 series to see if that helps.

open to any tips or advice
