I had to replace a first-stage feeder pretty early on. Bambu wouldn’t cover it. I wish the motor was replaceable.

Happening here as well, except the entire AMS Lite restarts, doesn’t load the filament, and throws an HMS error.
I think I’m experiencing the same issue with one slot on my AMS Lite. I’ve tried different spools and filament, but the problem remains while the other three slots work perfectly.
My AMS Lite is only three weeks old.
Fortunately, EU consumers are protected by a minimum two-year legal guarantee. These statutory rights cannot be replaced or limited by a company’s own warranty policy. If purchased directly from Bambu Lab, they are the seller and therefore responsible for providing an appropriate remedy for a defective product.
I also have legal expenses insurance here in the Netherlands, so if necessary, I’m prepared to enforce those rights.
Hopefully that won’t be necessary. Let’s see how Bambu Lab handles it.
mine is also relatively new and getting that issues…damn irritating and wasting my time to troubleshoot and end up not knowing where the F the problem is.
