Recently whenever printing on my A1 printer which I have used for about a year (1739 print hours) with no issues every print has been failing because the nozzle is too close to the bed. The problem started when i was printing a model of playing cards that was very thin so i assumed there was just issues because of that but eventually it continued getting worse and i could no longer print other things in decent quality. I first discovered that I could fix the issue by gently applying light force onto the x axis rail because it had a bit of compliance. Is this compliance regular or is there some screws i could tighten to fix the issue. I was able to figure out a workaround to my issue by downloading orca slicer and adding a z offset of 0.095mm but the app and bambu ecosystem have many QoL features I would like back.
