The AMS is not syncing correctly, very confusing!
In Bambu Studio (Devices tab), the filament types and colors are displayed in the correct order (all Bambu PLA). However, in the Prepare tab, the information is incorrect. When I try to synchronize the filament list from the AMS, it still shows the wrong data.
This issue only started recently. Any solutions available?
Versions:
- Studio: 2.2.2.56
- A1: 01.06.00.00
- AMS: 00.00.08.08
- Navigate to the device tab
- Select your printer from the drop down (even if you only one printer
- Select it again (yes, do the identical thing twice)
- Navigate to the prepare tab
- Press the plus sign in the filament selection area
- Select the new filament so you see a drop down of choices
- Do you see the filaments in that list?
This is just to see if the information can be seen a different way.
If you can you can select the filament ps thus way.
At least you will be able to organise things with the correct filaments.
This is how I always assign AMS filaments, mostly because I have so many printers and so many AMS units, it is easier for me to manage things.
Not ideal for everyone, but if it works, you have a workaround until you have a good solution.
