A1 - Filament cutter stucked, but it's not true

Hi to all!
Yesterday finally I receive my new A1, it work fine yesterday, but today it don’t want to start a new print.
When I tryy to print it say that the filament cutter is stucked, but it’s not true, it’s outside and can move liberaly.
Also, I check the magnet and is still inside… any suggestion?

I changed 3 time the filament and also removed the nozzle

It is possible that there is a problem with the sensor, and it is certainly clean there, there is no filament somewhere?

Do you have AMS
Remove the front cover and remove one screw from the cutter and check if everything is OK when assembling, the filamet cutter must go into such a pocket

Hi [Gabric],
Bambulab A1 with AMS, same problem do you find any solution ?

I, did you try the procedure linked in the first post?
