People run print farms with these and somehow they manage, must be more rare than we think. And hopefully if you get it on multiple printers, it will get easier to figure out and fix on the second one.
I am experiencing the same problem. I had been printing Lightboxes, about 20 of them, until i seemed to have a growing problem of flawed layers to the point where I am digging into it and trying to diagnose the issue and a solution. I tried drying the filament, storing each spool in an air tight cereal box with desiccant and also tried cleaning the bed with soap/water instead of isopropyl alcohal. Here is a 245 x 245x .2 print that shows myfirst layer flaws.
