A1 frame a bit crooked?

I saw someone having a similar problem, but no one gave a clear answer.

There is a lot of vibration during printing, so the feet suspended in the air can move.
I can print support with tpu, but it is annoying to realize that my printer is like this after months.https://drive.google.com/file/d/1HbU9VnTuaEgwxM0L5X40Bp-c9AZCq1tW/view?usp=drive_link

Has anyone responded to this problem from Bambu Lab?After using many 3d printers, I love the bambulab,It would be great if a clear answer could be given by bambulab @BambuLab

Do you have the AMS Lite mounted on the top of the frame…??

EDIT: Never mind, I downloaded the video.
I would check the table, move the printer to another table or spin it around & look again.

I don’t have the ams module, I just have its own filament holder. it’s on top of the printer but it’s the same no matter which way I put the printer and no matter if I change the floor

I checked the printer that a friend of mine has and it has the same situation.

Looks like they recently wrote an article that explains this issue: A1 supportive footpad replacement guide | Bambu Lab Wiki

The stability of the printer is provided by the hard footpads. The main purpose of the supportive footpad is to reduce the shaking of the printer. As long as the 4 hard footpads marked in the picture below touch the surfaces, the supportive footpad hanging in the air will not affect the printer itself and the print quality.
