A1 Having Major Issue

I have been printing with my A1 for a long time now.
I have gotten pretty good with finding problems and fixing them.

Couple of days ago I sent a print to one of the A1 units.
It started, but within a minute it stopped where it was printing and sat there.

I know it is not an AMS Lite issue because I changed it with another units AMS and it did the same.
I also went with filament on the external feed and it did this also.
I randomly got the “Failed to get AMS mapping table.”

I have formatted the SD… I have replaced the SD…

Suggestions?
Thoughts?

The same problem on a1 mini without ams. I bought a new sd card but it didn’t help. I tried to downgrade studio to previos version but it did not help

I’ve been having the same issue for a few days now. I have an A1 and an A1 Mini, and printing anything on both printers is a nightmare. Printing stops after one layer or while preparing to print. I’ve downgraded the firmware, but nothing helps. Bambu, could you please share some information with the users who screwed up so badly?

We are having major issue with the stopping also . Most of the printers are down

Check the Bambu Handy app for any error messages from the assistant. It worked for me.

Mine literally just did the same thing. Stopped mid plate. No lights on other than the back power light. I have unplugged it, checked the fuse, the SD card, the outlets the cables everything is fine. Don’t know what to do. Submitted a ticket just now. Not sure how long it takes to repsond. ANy suggestions would be helpful.
