A1 Mini .2mm Nozzle Print Problems

I need your help.

I have been trying to print a benchy with my .2mm nozzle on .08mm layer height multiple times, but i get the same problem that is driving me crazy. I have tried calibrations, relubrications, everything and I still get the same problems. Random band lines, different colored sections, and ghosting. Could you help me please?
Here are some photos of the problem:

This is printed with dry, brand new Esun pla+ filament.

You did mention calibrations - but have you done the full Monty belt tightening and tramming maintenance? Might be a loose screw behind the hotend or something they work loose all the time.

Also is the printer on a HEAVY non moving surface? a walmart card table won’t cut it. any ghosting or banding when the printer is “tuned” as you say leads down to the speeds of it causing vibrations here and there for the most part.

I’m a bit jealous of the 02 quality…might have to buy me one of dem nozzles ha

EDIT: an esun+ buddy - finally.

Have you dried the filament? You say it’s dry and new but wondering if you just mean it’s dry because it’s new or if you actually dried it?

I make sure the belts and everything is tight. I put Loctite on the two annoying screws and I checked them and they are still tight. It is on an extremely stable granite countertop. I also did the print at 50% because it was doing an overnighter and I don’t want it to have a rapid unscheduled disassembly.

Yes, the filament is bone, bone dry. This filament is currently reading 4.5% humidity dried by me. I put that sucker into my food dehydrator for 24 hours then put it into my dry box with fresh desiccant.
