Since unboxing my A1 Mini in november, I enjoy it a lot and I’m genuinely impressed by the quality for such high speeds.
But when printing a part that needed to be straight, I noticed some banding and never thought it was this bent axis.
I tried Bed Tramming to compensate it, but it didnt worked.
I already created a ticket, but I would like some advices here because right now I’m completely lost…
It is actually bent or it the fitting loose/incorrectly mounted ?
Usually poles like these are screwed and go into a more or less matching slot.
Have you checked this area for assembly oversights?
It MIGHT be as simple as taking the z-axis out and fitting it properly - or shimming it.
Its seated incorrectly rather than bent
Ok, it’s toast…
Can’t see how this could happen during normal use and can’t see how something you having dropped the printer could have caused this without wrecking the rest.
Can only assume a transport issue - did the shipping box show any signs of mistreatment during transport?
Either way you need a new one and only Bambu can provide one, which should be under warranty I hope.
