A1 mini - bulge in corner

Hello Team,

Hoping you can help me with this one. I have several instances of prints where the corner bulges out of square, or even out of the curve. Originally I thought this might of been related to the Sunlu Filament, and over or under extrusion, however I did another print, different model, with bambulabs white pla, and it occurs again.

Here is a example photo mid print showing the issue.

See the corners on the left (top left corners), also the bottom left corner.

Attached is the sliced file

Any help or suggestions on what to do are appreciated.

I’m not sure what exactly your asking about…
from the slicer pic you posted it looks like you have part of the print below the bed in order to cut something off you don’t want to print…??

Scrape that off the bed, flip it over, and take a pic of the underside that made contact with the bed plz.

Your walls arent connecting, something in flow is wrong or something is wildly off on your initial Z offset and printing really far from the bed, or something wild like a 0.2 nozzle selection in a 0.4 actual nozzle, etc.
