Hey all,
I am new to this world and am having trouble with my a1 mini as of late. It has been doing this on most of my prints. I have cleaned the nozzle, recalibrated it, played with layer and speed settings, and even done a factory reset. I am really at a loss as to why this is happening. I also have bed leveling and flow calibration enabled prior to each print. When the print is on the first layer it drags as it prints but the second layer it drags so much that it is pulling the print off the plate. Here is a link to the video of it doing this: https://youtu.be/CXl8lsQpEb8
Thank you for the help!

Take off hotend(of course when its cool), unscrew the 3 black screws behind it, then lower that piece without pulling on the cable too much. Look on the back of it there are 4 more screws.
Make sure those 4 screws are tight, they are known to come loose and should be checked on occasion or when you have such issues as this.

it helped me with a similar issue a few days ago… i have one of the originals and didnt think it applied to them but foudn 2 of the screws slightly loose, tightened them and its back tro normal. Good luck!
You suggestion worked! I actually think it was the first 3 screws being loose. Thank you so much!
