I don’t think using a raft is necessary for PLA prints (rafts are more common for ABS). If the part might detach from the bed, you can try a brim instead. However, since the object you’re printing is a “rectangular organizer,” which usually has a large surface area in contact with the bed, a brim may not even be needed.
