I’ve moved my A1 Mini optimized start routine to a proper GitHub repo:
This started as a personal cleanup of the stock start G-code and has been tested on my A1 Mini over the past year. The focus is: speed, safety, quieter startup behavior, better nozzle cleaning, and cleaner logic that is easier to follow and maintain.
Main highlights:
- quieter startup with reduced wasted motion
- improved wipe/knock cleaning routine
- better temperature handling during startup
- one script designed to work across nozzle setups
- clearer comments, structure, and status messaging
I’ve also included reference files, tone options, and I’m continuing to work on a manual multi-material change-filament workflow for an MMS-style setup without AMS.
Important note: this has only been tested on my A1 Mini so far. I do not own an AMS, standard A1, or enclosed Bambu printer yet, so please review carefully.
