A1 mini pausing mid print

Hey all, I recently bought an AMS from a friend, everything has been working fine up until now, I’ve printed about 4 small multicolor prints but all of a sudden I’ve come across a problem. The printer (a1mini) seems to be pausing mid print, no hms notification, no errors, it just pauses for about 15-40 seconds. It’s quite annoying as its causing blobs on my prints. (Video attached) https://photos.app.goo.gl/5rrk48TVaFd6NMtE9

Result of the print pausing, causing blobs.

It only seems to happen with prints sent from bambu handy, prints send from bambu studio seem to work fine. The only change I’ve made to my printer firmware is setting up the ams.

Has anyone else come across bad slices from bambu handy lately?

My setup is a mess right now as I’m still in the process of installing a shelf for my AMS

Thanks!

Let’s assume it unrelated to the AMS.

Get a new high-quality SD card, format it FAT32 and put that new one into your A1. (Also turn off video recording if you’ve turned that on.)

are you sure its not just switching colors like its supposed to be doing?

The PTFE tube coming from the back of the A,S appears to be routed directly to the hit end of the A series printer.

Using the AMS (not lite) requires another piece of hardware to buffer the travel as the A series printers have a mechanism in their print head that can cause unexpected results.
