This problem I have found a couple times online with no clear outcome or solution…
Two nights ago I finished printing for the evening and went to bed got up early next morning to start an 8 and half hour print but got this after slicing and selecting print…“Not satisfied with the grouping of filaments? regroup and slice.”
No idea what it means the printer is still printing from the SD card BS still sees the printer… I uninstalled BS and reinstalled a fresh copy but still no joy…
Switched the printer off for a few minutes and back on again no joy…
Was hoping to find an older copy of BS to see if the problem is still there but can’t find one…

It sound like your either using Print By Object & have to many objects on the plate… or … you have an object that is too tall to be in front of another object…meaning the toolhead will hit it.
Thanks for the reply… The object is a single object and is very small…
