A1 mini scratches on the print, tears off

I’ve been having problems with my A1 mini for a few days now.
The printer keeps rubbing against the print, tearing it off, or not sticking to the plate, even though I’ve washed it several times.
It sticks better on a plate other than the original one, but you can still see parts of the print peeling off.

The hotend is an original from Bambu; it happened almost suddenly.

I initially thought it was the filament, but now I see it happens with every filament—whether from Bambu, Polymaker, or other brands.
I have no idea what to do…

Have you re-run the calibrations..??

Yes, of course.
Not even once.
I also have leveling turned on when printing.

Last print looks that.

I did the rut calibration for the umpteenth time and the 3 steps I received from bambu support

The effect is as follows

When I extrude the filament from the panel, everything is fine

Check those screws that hold that nozzle? May be loose. Is your nozzle firmly in place on that platter that holds the nozzle? Any debris will cause nozzle to skip.

Could also need a new plate, that will effect the adhesion.

I think your issue is related to the calibration of the filament rather than the printer.

Honestly - I had a quite similar problem and thought I was going crazy. So I searched this forum here and was about to post a question related to the same problem.

Yet the simple answer here: (well, I can’t post links sadly but its the thread “Smooth PEI Plate Adhesion Issues“ by “sculky”)

Helped my. Used a micro fibre cloth, just hot water, cleaned the plate for quite some time, let it dry and my problems were gone. Tried using dish soap and IPA before which did not help, so I first ruled the build plate out, in the end it was the build plate.
