A1 mini sudden issue

I’ve been using this printer for a while, i’ve done some trouble shooting and actually had to change a y belt so I am a tad familiar with it.

This isn’t the classic loose hot end assembly issue as I tighten that frequently. Looking at under 900 hours on it.

Suddenly last night this started happening, was fine up until now. Tightened the hot end screws just to be safe. It’s not a filament thing it seems like something is loose somewhere.

Has anyone seen this?:

I ran all the calibrations again, I did these same parts a couple nights ago without this problem. Not sure what to even check, its like the printer is struggling to stay on target with the layer lines all the sudden.

Check in the slicer if these “marks” line up with there the slicer puts the seam.

Have you tried a different filament…sometime it’s just a bad roll.

If you look closely in terms of filament, the lines are where they are supposed to be they are just buldging out. I’m half way through the roll and i’ve fed it through two different machines so I want to say it’s not that but I will be trying a different one.

I tried settings my seams to “nearest” or “random” and they don’t quite line up, some do I guess.

Those are some pretty wild lookin seems if somehow the slicer is glitching and changing that? I’m ganna start over.

That’s your seam above the red line.

Right… exactly its friggin weird.but I just noticed something… where the seam is missing… those spots are off to the side.

Is it somehow putting my seams on “nearest”

okay it’s bambu studio… I’m set on aligned but for some reason it is slicing nearest… I re sliced a couple times and it came back, test printed to be safe.. PHEW I was like aw man not another repair.

Thanks guys!
