I have the stock extruder gears, hardened nozzles (and hotend), can i print it will, one spool wear down my machine? Is it worth it?

The stock gear is Hardened Steel, you shouldn’t have any issues.

Every time you print the machine wears out a little. CF filament is not that hard on the gears. You can run the regular gears for thousands of hours.
Use 0.6 to start out with.
