- Yes, I disassembled the print head, right back to the gears, blew it out, “yellow” wheel moves and the gear it hits also moves well.
- Question. The filament comes down into the extruder and runs between the small black wheel on left (no gears) and the black wheel on the larger yellow gear . Yes?
- Would the screw being loose cause this? The screw that pushes the spring in? and could filament buildup on the black roller cause this because loading / offloading the filaments on the AMS unit works fine and the former colors are extruded etc
And as a side note, when I took the textured plate off I notices I only have 3/4 screrws affixing it to the heatbed, the 4th was started with a tap but stopped, will have to start a ticket for that I suppose
My a1 and a1 mini printer makes a clicking noise when its trying to extrude filliment but the nozzle isn’t how enough
