First post after looking for a bit when I purchased the A1, keeping in mind that nothing is 100%, I’m a satisfied customer, until the new version of Bambu Studio came out., although I’m an Orca guy but saw some of the new features on an YouTube video so I downloaded it. I’m a newbie to 3D printing so if I say something stupid, please correct me.
The one detail that got my attention was the printing of overhangs, specially rounded edges at the bottom of a cube, radius of 6mm was horrible for me (still need to learn a bit) but Studio fixed that according to the video.
Calibrated with Studio because I put in a new hardened steel nozzle and all ws just fine. On my first print from Studio after calibration, filament loaded but it kept asking me to load it, back and forth a few times, no go. Change filaments, same thing, even from spool or AMS, couldn’t print. The I realized I was using Amolen Silk PLA, I thought it was part of new UPDATES, changed to Bambu filament just for testing and nothing same ■■■■. Turned everything off, restarted just in case but nothing. Not sure what else to say but I’m annoyed with Bambu. Just for the hell of it, went back to Orca, reloaded all needed filaments and I’m back in business. Did I missed anything in particular? Thinking on setting up a small print farm but I guess I should be looking at a different brand.
Sorry for the long post but just want to make sure I missed sonthing important.
