A1 printer first layer scraping the bed

Help, so out of my 4 new A1 printers, I have one that started of with jaggerd lines on the first layer but still printed my product once it got over that first layer. (coasters) then it got the dreaded fillament clump…

I replaced the heating asembly yesterday and hotend and its scraping the first layer with a clicking noise. if i push the left side of the frame it seems to print fine. its petg hs for fyi.

I unplugged it yesterday and took out all the screws from the installation setup and seperated the base and put it back together again and checked all screws.
its still scraping the first layer with a clicking noise.
I will remove the hotend and heating element again and check those screws after work but after that I am at a loss…

have 2 tickets open with support… they keep asking for logs and videos!!! sent 2 lots already but I am starting to think the frame is actually stlightly bent as its never printed right from day 1 and its only 2 months old…

Had a similiar problem a few days ago. Check the screws on the back of the heat assembly. I retightened the screws and it did solve my problem with first layer scratching and extruder clicking.

I have this issue after cleaning out a clog, after recalibrating and new screws i’m still getting scratching.
