My a1 printer has an issue in that it is very noisy, and sounds like “BANG” when the Y-axis hits the front and back end.
Could anyone have a solution for this? I had already used the lubricant but it hasn’t changed much.
I think it might be the bed when it reaches the end of the rail, it collides more than it should. Do we have any chances to change how it touches the front and back end?

I too have been hearing a bang when the bed goes all the way to the back. I think it just started in the last couple of days. I have a couple week old printer, has about 30 hours on it. Any suggestions. I will do some investigating later today.
My A1 does the same thing when using the controls to move it. I’ve never had it do that in normal use though, as the g-code never seems to move it to the extreme front or back like that when printing. Power on and homing, however, do sometimes hit with a bang in the Y and the Z.
I always assumed it was normal and I’m quite sure it is the heatbed bracket that runs along the y-axis rails actually hitting the end of the track. I just assumed that the manual controls are “dumb” as far as their knowledge of the bed position and just move until they physically can’t move any more (i.e. runs into the end) if you go that far with it.
When the printer just start, it moved forward and backward to home the bed, at that time it hit the backend and it caused the Bang. Everytime I started the printer, I always heard that sound. Its so annoying. Maybe the machine gcode make them collides the backend more than it should.
I take this for example. As we can see in the video, my A1 mini did not have that issue.
Hello, The reason for this is the printer homing its axis. This is when it moves the bed until it can’t move anymore backwards so the printer knows where the bed is. This is completely normal on the a1, if it is really loud do check the guide rail and make sure the bed isn’t hitting anything when it moves.
