On the machine under settings - print settings, there are several toggles. On my previous unit that I had to return due to heatbed issues, I am 99% sure that one of those toggles was off. Maybe the filament tangle detection?? Note: I never changed any settings on that other machine, but I do recall wondering why it was off. But I assumed it was off for a reason (like don’t turn it on unless you are having issues). In any case, the new printer has all of those toggles on. So my question is, are any of those normally left off or should I just leave them all on? Note: Both units have the same firmware, so not sure why there would be a difference of “default” settings.
Mine was turned off, I have left it off.

And do you have a AMS? That is another possible variable. I did not have one connected originally to the last machine (when I may have looked at those settings). I did connect it later and have one on this machine, so not sure if its possible that toggles it.
I do not have an AMS lite or AMS.
It is the nozzle clumping detection setting that is toggled off
Thanks. I’m pretty sure that was it, because now when I print, I get the periodic corner nozzle checks that I did not have before. I think I will toggle it back off for now.
