A1 stops mid-print, nozzle still on object

Hey guys, just assembled the A1 and hit the print button. Printer stopped mid print with the nozzle on the object. LCD didnt respond, Bambu Studio coudn’t retrieve any info about the printer. It wasnt a power outage as my A1 Mini was still printing when it happened. Any idea why that happened?
I powered it off and it just went to main screen and idled.
I was printing this project on the A1 mini before i got the A1 so its nothing out of the ordinary, the printed had its update done as soon as i connected it to the internet so i dont know what could cause this…

Mine did same thing today. I found a post that suggest they removed the sd card and that fixed it so I tried and nothing. Left the sd card out and left the power on to see it the Bambu Studio could see it. Then I heard cracking and looked over and saw flashes of light. Lite smell of electrical but printer powered up. Strange but am concerned with the sparks and smell. So will try to download logs while its still powered.

I raised a ticket and ended up with a new motherboard from bambu after the forth time opening that ticket… they couldn’t figure it out either
