A1 suddenly stopped working

okay, so i tried starting a print from my sd card (which printed fine before) but now my a1 suddenly stopped working, the only led still working is the one next to the ac plug, can anyone please help me, is there something i can do to fix this???

Have you completely unplugged it from power for a minute or two? Are there any error messages on the screen?

yes, i have completely disconnected it from power, i even tried unplugging the ams
the screen stays black so i dont know if a error code is available

From the last time you used it, has there been any power outages or have you moved it? Have you tried a different electrical outlet?

no there has been no power outages, i haven’t moved it either, qa different outlet with a different ac cable doesn’t do anything else
