The nozzle A1 clogs after a few hours, even after unclogging it, it does it again on large parts. I’ve calibrated it, changed the temperature, etc., but nothing works. I have 5 years of experience, but I don’t understand. Everything was working normally a month ago, and I haven’t done any updates since then.
Is there anything stuck hard in the nozzle, that didn’t come out when unclogging?
How about trying a new nozzle?
when i make cold cure , that work fine during 300gr pla env and after that come again when the object is big up to 100mm hight i havent other nozzle to test
What filament? Maybe it’s better suited for a larger nozzle or is not good?
nozzle 0.4 classic filament sunlu pla+ 2 filments same result
Interesting. The inside of nozzle may be damaged. I would try a new nozzle.
The A1 has never printed well with pla+ filaments and if you have changed your nozzle type make sure its set in your printer settings also , maintenance / nozzle
i have order new nozzle but if i make a cold unclogging the print work well since 200gr filmant env and come back
